What is your overall decision about this article?

Are the selection criteria for the stations well explained?   Or, if this project does not have to do with time series met. stations, are the premises of the project well thought out and explained?  Is it a topic of special interest?  (It doesn't have to be, but if it is, say so).
The specific stations used are not clearly described in the text and the full URLs are not provided. The Southern Hemisphere data are not all of the available stations in the Southern Hemisphere, and are not the longest or most continuous records available either. Likewise, it appears that a few glacier records are being used to represent entire hemispheres, without justification. The difference between northern and southern hemispheres is an interesting question.
Are the conclusions of the report quantitatively supported by the data?
No, because it is not clear whether the chosen data are representative.
Are the data stations well quality-controlled?
No, as noted above it is unclear why these stations were chosen.
