What is your overall decision about this article?

Are the selection criteria for the stations well explained?   Or, if this project does not have to do with time series met. stations, are the premises of the project well thought out and explained?  Is it a topic of special interest?  (It doesn't have to be, but if it is, say so).
yes
Are the conclusions of the report quantitatively supported by the data?
I am not sure. The writer mentioned "Although the last IPCC report does not offer a "most likely value" of climate sensitivity4, it appears that a value around 3 ° C can be considered as commonly accepted. Therefore we can assume that the current rate of CO2 emissions, the rate of temperature increase would be about 3 ° C over a period of 100 years.", so I was expecting to see a projection over the next 100 years, and an analysis using one of the model and a rcp8.5 scenario. Instead, the writer looked at historical data and conclude that it doesn't match the projected 3˚C increase.
Are the data stations well quality-controlled?
yes
