I'm a math nerd at heart, with a deep fascination for numerical and computational puzzles. Growing up over the past two decades, and witnessing both our changing environment and challenges with addressing it, has compelled me to direct that fascination towards the urgent problems of climate change. I graduated from Brown University in 2025 with concentrations in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, and Music; my undergraduate research concerned the heat fluxes of mesoscale eddies around the Southeast Indian Ridge. As a PhD student at UChicago, I'm excited to continue studying the mathematics of climate change — focusing on our oceans and atmosphere — and work towards interdisciplinary solutions to mitigate its effects.
