Biography

I've been fascinated by paleontology since I was old enough to be fascinated by anything, and I've pursued that into my adulthood. I graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2022 with a degree in Biology, and my undergraduate research focused on the secondary phosphatic preservation of small shelly fossils (SSFs). I then attended the University of California Riverside for my M.S. (graduated 2024), where I studied trilobite systematics. I am currently pursuing my PhD in invertebrate paleobiology here at UChicago.
