Professor David Archer, long the face of the immensely popular PhySci course Gobal Warming: Understanding the Forecast, will receive this year's Llewellyn John and Harriet Manchester Quantrell Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching. This award is given to faculty in recognition of their success in educating and inspiring the undergraduates in the College, and is particularly meaningful as nominations come from the students themselves. Given his longstanding dedication to teaching and making science accessible to students, this award is very well deserved. Congratulations, Prof. Archer!
